「What I liked was that the staff was helpful when I checked in. They had problems with the cards that let us in to our room. So for 2 days they had to accompany each and every guest to our rooms. It was the first time that I have seen such a problem in an hotel. They should change the company that provide such a poor service.」

「Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!」

「Whoever thought putting Bluetooth speakers in each room for guests to use was not thinking about the drunk guests that come up from the bar at midnight and blast their music. I stay in a lot of hotels but this was the worst experience I’ve had. The staff was good the location was good but the noise was unreasonable. It may have been isolated to my area but I doubt it.」

「Found a big cockroach in between the doors that connect rooms. (Thought it was a closet door) I was so tired I didn’t care. Floors looked dirty and shower floor had permanet stains on it. But it was cheap so get what you pay for!」
