「Southern hospitality is alive and well in Memphis! Very friendly staff. Our room was well cleaned. The complimentary soap smelled really nice. We accidentally turned the thermostat down too much on the fridge. Lol. Breakfast was better than expected: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola bars, cereal, coffee and juice. So much value for the price. I would definitely stay here again. 」

The exquisite lady at the office and the young man at the desk are very well spoken and will take care of you . I honestly love this place. If you are coming through Memphis and looking for an affordable stay. Definitely come by kings inn. You will not regret it. 「The water was not hot. There was really only one trash can, and there was no remotes to the cable box. Seen roach in the kitchen. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels were dirty looking.」

「I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and I really loved that they have a full time security guard. The hotel is gated. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and close to downtown. This seems to be the nicest hotel in the area. I really enjoyed my stay. 」
