「This hotel really missed the mark and I don't know how the rating is so high. The only good thing was the cold ac in the room. The breakfast is just sad. The eggs are watery and tasteless. The comforter on the bed smelled of mildew and there were splattered stains on the wall. It could have been food but honestly looked like blood. Keep your socks or shoes on because the carpet will blacken the bottom of your feet. I was very disappointed with this hotel. I feel like I threw money in the trash...

「My biggest problem with this hotel is the cleanliness. Room 208 was dusty. You can tell it hasn't been vacuumed because you can hear and feel the sand on the floor. The headboard was dusty and full of hand prints we actually had to wipe it down ourselves. The carpet on the hallway was very dirty and had lots of pet hair. The bathroom door was scraping on the floor and made a lot of noise when you close it. The air conditioner leaked inside, there was a small puddle on the floor. And last but...

「only improvement suggestion is a hot tub.」

「The property was clean, neighbours were great, bathrooms were well maintained and looked after. Our tent was clean, stocked and comfortable. The ONLY thing I could say was a negative is it's right next to medi helicopter, both nights we were there it woke us up. However, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I just wish I knew in advance because we may have stayed at the Lodges instead of the tent (apparently they couldn't hear it).」

「We only stayed at the property one night and because of a delayed flight didn’t get to the property till 11pm. Check in was easy, our room was good, we enjoyed the breakfast and then we were off. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that they were finishing some remodeling downstairs and the paint smell was strong and I tend to get migraines from those kind of smells. I kept my hand over my nose & mouth to prevent one. We picked that property for its closeness to the Ark Encounter.」
