"Clean room, good self-parking, and great location"

"Staff was great, the room wasn't as clean as most Hamptons. We found a random sock on the floor (not ours) and a wadded up tissue under the bathroom sink (also not ours). And all the furniture is kinda old and tired. But the room was very quiet and the shower was great. The area was very convenient for us. "

"The hotel staff that lives on the premesis act as if your in there livingroom disturbing them. A few of the woman were coughing walking around in thier pajamas I clearly was in the way being a paying customer trying to make my coffee. Paying customers should expect a certain level of professionalism. Teach them some manners Holiday Inn please. "

"Mr. Gus was very friendly and helpful when we checked in and the hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. "

"This place was a dump. Whole place smelled like mold, weed, damp carpets, etc. Stains all over the room, cigarette burns, grody window dressing, a chair caked in who knows what, handy man special patch job on the ceiling, useless Wi-Fi, furniture with it's finishes worn through, RUSTY LAMPS, I can keep going. To top it off, the elevator that had alarms sounding since day 1 failed half way though my stay sending me up and up and down 3 flights of stairs with a bummed knee. staff was pretty much non-existent without knocking or calling out loud for them. "

"I tried to extend my stay and the lady at the front desk told me I would have to check out and pay another $150 plus my fee to stay which didn’t make any sense because I already had a $150 hold from my booking, first of all you guys have such a high holding rate to begin with, I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels and never paid a $150 holding charge. I’ll never book again and thank you for your poorly services "

"Property smelled like mold and mildew. Also reservations said breakfast was included and they was charging 1499 per person for breakfast instead of it being free."

"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it. The staff was very friendly though!"
