「Nice stopover stay. The air conditioning was loud and a bit cold, though. Couldn't figure out how to turn it down/off.」

「Breakfast was good - the fresh belgian waffles were an unexpected plus! It says continental so wasn't expecting that. Staff were friendly and no issues parking. 」

「It was a nice hotel with plenty of free parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice selection of pillows on bed and plenty of hot water.」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「This is a very reasonable and affordable place to stay as a solo or family traveler. It's a small independent motel that feels like a throwback to the 80s or 90s with actual metal room keys and decor that feels like your Grandma's spare room. The pool is well maintained and clean; the room I stayed in was decently cleaned but the maid definitely needed to check under the bed after the last guests left. The deluxe king bed room itself was enormous for a family of three just spending one night....

「Came up to Seneca Falls for a quick stay and this was perfect! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. The A/C worked beautifully and kept the room nice and chilly. Parking was also a breeze, which is so nice for a quick stay!」

「The unit we stayed in was charming with a kitchenette and a lovely spacious bathroom and a cute back patio. Easy access to the Finger Lakes Region. I would say the only downside was no free ice on site. You can VENMO your ice purchase, which is fine, if you have VENMO. We don’t.」

「We were lied about the room that we were supposed to get. We removed from one room to another refrigerator leaked in the room. We were moved to no propane, so no heat although that was resolved rather quickly grounds need work. The pool wasn’t available this place could be fantastic but needs an infusion of money.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.」
