「room size is good，but no services at all，for four days，we only have one soap，breakfast was extremely bad，very little items, we did not eat it, and it started at 8.30, strange, will never come back again.」

「This was a 5 star stay and we will definitely be back. The staff were friendly, helpful, and personable. The room was clean and cozy. The small touches that matter - they had them all. We were able to sit in the hot tub after a day of skiing, there were fresh baked cookies in the lobby, coffee all day, access to a fridge and microwave, TV downstairs, arcade/game room. 「I enjoyed my stay at Plain Kate’s! My room was so cozy, with a very comfy bed. Lots of soft pillows and comforter. My room was very clean and tidy with very soft bath towels. Janice is so nice and accommodating! I would definitely stay there again! 」

「It was actually a really good trip but three things stood out. 1. The coffee was cold at 9 am. 2. She asked when I checked in if we wanted housekeeping services and then we never got it (not a big deal, the only thing that really meant was the bed never got made and we could have used an extra towel). 3.
