「A little underwhelming compared to the website and advertising. The pool is across an alley on a separate building's rooftop so you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Then there was 1 shade umbrella for the entire pool lounging area. The free continental breakfast was a pre-determined menu at the restaurant of just eggs, meat and "grain". You have few choices and even fewer when they're out of so many things. Tried to order supper at the restaurant but gave up after they were out of the 3rd item...

「Nice, professional and respectful staff members. The Entertainment Host Nelly is great. Food is delicious. Bartenders are cool. Pool is small but is open all night. Doctor Cove's Beach is pretty, also open all night. My family really enjoyed themselves.」

「The internet connection was poor, the television worked by WiFi so because of the internet connection the tv did not work. The bathroom had an Oder that made the room smell bad, low water pressure」

「Property is dated but clean. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The air conditioning worked well but only in the room. You had to keep the fan on high to keep up with the lack of a/c in the bathroom and the louvered windows. The windows also allowed for sound to easily travel in and out. Shops and restaurants were a 15 minute walk (one significant hill). Taxi service was easy to get.」

「We never made it to the room. No one could confirm the reservation we waited over 30 minutes and finally gave up and ended up in a different hotel. Also when we got there the description of the place was not what it really was.」

「I rent this place for 2night and I could only stay 1 night I didn’t even sleep because of ants and roach no hot water noise right through out the night and the light went away and they have no back up generators and how u see the place online it not the same when you see it in person this place is a dump 」
