「A lovely pub, with excellent staff. Food was very nice and room was nice, clean and confortable. The pub was lovely, open fire etc and had a nice atmosphere. I will certainly be staying again. 」

「Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again.」

「Our room was spotlessly clean- with very unique interior decor .The decor of the Hotel was lovely . Very calming the food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were very professional .The barman made the best Martini pornstar cocktail I have ever been served.He was very knowledgable about the White Hart Hotel .The gardens were lovely to sit in .」

「A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly. 」

「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」
