「Beautiful bedroom very large and spacious, as was the en-suite shower room. The bed and bedding were excellent and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The water in the shower was hot and a good pressure. However the flush for the toilet was not working. I would also recommend the owners supply bedside lights as there were none and the main light switch was over by the door. A kettle and teabags/coffee were provided in the room but no milk or water. 「Excellent accommodation I would highly recommend. Run by a very friendly couple. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was terrific. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.」

「I was able to check in online before I arrived at The Kicking Dickey. The staff were very helpful and friendly along with the pub which I thought was very welcoming. My room was at the rear of the property so away from any noise. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, I think it might of been a converted stable. Nice functional bathroom with a shower and a very comfortable single bed. Lots of free parking outside the property. All in all well worth a stay.」
