「Overall excellent 4 night stay, beautiful location close to all major sights of the Hunter Valley. We had Kangeroos outside our unit most mornings. Accomodation was as described and good quality. Would stay again, owner was very helpful.」

Down side; Bus arranged to attend A Day on the Green, when we had booked accommodation to be close to venue, were told we couldn’t walk.(3km) Less than...

「Everything was great, except the breakfast was surprisingly simple. It was only English muffins and cereal, and stored in the fridge in advance. If the room rate includes breakfast, I would expect a 'real' breakfast.」

「Great property on minor gripe was only 4 coffee pods for a three night stay more would have been better. We also suggest a sheer curtain across the front doors and windows for semi privacy and enable you to still enjoy the great view.」

We had an event to get to and even though the host was on site for an hour prior to our check-in time they wouldn’t let us in until 1pm sharp which was when our event started. Otherwise a beautiful location with kangaroos visiting near our verandah. 」

「Found the room noisy from road traffic as well as adjoining rooms. I am also not a fan of having a shower in a bathtub, along with the shower head being way past its used by date, which is easy to see and shouldn't need a guest telling them so. However the room was spacious, bed was comfortable and clean & tidy」
