Good large rooms with beautiful gardens, clean but a little bit dated still it served its purpose and close walking distance to hunter valley gardens, the food at harrigans bistro was very nice

The reception was friendly and fast, the pool was lovely on a 38 degree day and all the gardens are well kept. Rooms were spacious with tea and coffee making and a good size fridge but would have liked a toaster and bowls/plates to save eating out every meal. Parking right at your door is great too which had the car undercover and cool. Centrally located for Pokolbin attractions.

Clean room, parking right outside. Staff excellent and even got early check in. Food okay, breakfast $25 and greasy. Chicken schnitzel dry and seemed precooked. Garlic cheesy pizza excellent.

I was not aware there was a free breakfast included with my booking. I did not use any of the dining options . The staff i came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and convenient, room was clean and bed was comfy.

Disappointed in my stay. We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bdr room. There was ants in both bedrooms near the bed head. Had to spray insect spray and clean area. Found 3 cockroaches. Toaster didn’t work and requested replacement. Bin was full from previous people and smelt like smoke, think previous people were smokers. The room it’s self was old and dated, requires some renovation. Outside backyard view an access to vineyard was the highlight of the stay.

We had an amazing stay over the Easter holiday. The location of Harrigan's makes it easy to enjoy all the benefits of the Hunter Valley. The staff provided fantastic customer service and the longest we waited for a meal was 15min, which was amazing for the amount of people ordering meals.

The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable. We liked that our car was under shelter. It was a good location to base ourselves and visit the surrounding wineries The staff were professional and friendly and the cleaning staff were very efficient at their job It was great to have our linen changed and our bed made very day and our room given a general tidy up
