"Great room, fantastic staff and great pub food"

"Needs: In-room fridge - cupboard space appears to be there for it; Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners; Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work; More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over; Consistent customer service between staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Afternoon tea is generous. "

"The property was full of unpleasant damp smells and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in at night, location was ok but not to stay in again 😞 so I would've asked for a refund but I'll put it down to experience.. but thank you for letting us stay.. "

"The staff were all friendly,inviting and hard working, the room was basic but perfect for us, comfy bed,was warm and adequate for our needs. The evening meal was lovely as was the breakfast and reasonably priced. If your one of those snobs who run fingers along skirting boards or delve into the various crevices in bathrooms then don't stay but if your like us ...enjoy a nice warm comfortable room, happy staff and excellent food then the regent is perfect for you. Definitely will stay again "

"The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others."

"Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station."
