「This self service property is in an ideal location for seeing and experiencing the Whitewater region of Ontario. We enjoyed the breakfast, the hot tub and our room was excellent. Located on a quiet street with available parking, we had a great experience.」

「The staff were fast and friendly at check in. My room was clean and well maintained when I arrived and housekeeping was excellent as well. The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. I will be staying here again.」

「The staff that was on duty the day we checked in was cold, didn't smile, like a robot. If she is to be in customer service she needs a little shake-up. I thought it was just that day but each morning she was on the desk she was the same. Other staff were friendly and helpful.」

「Staff was very pleasant and helpful.」

「The toilet was childsized. And there was no bar to help you down or up. Very uncomfortable and unnerving. The breakfast was very good although better coffee would be nice. All in all, it was just what my group wanted. Patricia Deline Ottawa」
