Upon arrival, I was placed in a room that had a severe ant problem, a broken phone, and a bathtub that did not drain properly. I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, the issues persisted. There were still ants present, and once again, the phone in the room was not functioning.
Had I not already paid in advance, I would have checked out immediately. This experience has been extremely disappointing and well below the standard I expect from any hotel.
I most say Gregory at the front desk, was professional and pleasant, and he was as accommodating as he could. I expressed all of this to the front desk and that Saturday they didn’t clean my room.
