「What a great find in Winster. The Brown Horse Pub did not disappoint. We stayed in the external King room ( non pet) and it was lovely, clean and tidy with daily housekeeping. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee supplied with biscuits 😀. The private patio was a bonus with great views. 「Superb hotel. Perfect location at the edges of Cartmel. Decent sized rooms and a big building for the number of rooms so lots of space. Breakfast was really great - lots of choices including some unusual options (e.g courgette fritters) all cooked beautifully.」
