"Lovely room. We booked the dog friendly room and we had dog bowls, and a doggy treat pack including toy, treats & poo bags. Nice little touch! Great food as always, lovely full English breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend."

"Great location & views from the hotel, short walk from the Lakes. Specious room. Food menu is good. Nice staff. We hired eBikes, Oliver was really helpful. Reception was quick easy check-in. Can't fault anything about the stay."

"Hotel was perfect location for getting to the lake and getting round the local bars/restaurants and shops. The view from the terrace was stunning and the hotel had lovely architecture. The room was ideal and lake view was gorgeous. Spiderwebs and bugs in the high ceilings were the only thing that let it down (we were staying in room 72). Breakfast had good options and majority of it was lovely. Only comment was the black pudding didn’t seem like it was cooked properly. We ate in the restaurant one night and couldn’t complain at all. I had the fish and chips and was one of the best I had. My partner had the mushroom risotto which was also lovely. But would definitely recommend and stay again"
