「Our toilet broke within 10 minutes of checking in and when I called the front desk they said they didn’t have maintenance and encouraged my husband to fix it if he could. A few minutes later maintenance showed up but had no clue what was the problem so my husband basically had to use his tools to fix it himself. The only “amenity” the ice machine was also broken. If they would just repair some of these outdated things then it would be a nice place to stay.」
