「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...

「This entire hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the koment you walk in, theres beautiful artwork, its clean, and all around great vibes. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, modern and beautiful. Very comfortable and even had a cute little outdoor seating area. The pool was open! Big heated pool, huge hot tub, lots of comfortable seating and access to the bar, you can even bring your drinks outside to the pool/hottub area! We lived this hotel so much and will definitely be staying here again.」

「There was plenty of parking during this stay. The restaurant Vim is across the parking lot, Ferrell's Donuts and Chloe's Kitchen (Chinese food) are across the street and Safeway grocery store is a short walking distance away. Beverages such as coffee and tea could be available outside of breakfast hours, such as in the lobby. The breakfast time could end later, such as 9:30 am.」
