「This was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! We used the gym and although small, it had everything we needed to get in a good workout. The included breakfast had more options than expected and the dining area was so clean. The staff were all amazing, from check in to check out. If you are a light sleeper, the location is next to the highway so there is some noise but it was to be expected. Overall, we had an amazing stay!」

「We had an issue with our heat, but we're quickly moved to another room. It was located right where we needed to be. TU Hospital, so we will probably stay there again.」

「The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay. 」
