"The only problem at this hotel is the convoluted and confusing method to get to and from the hotel from the parking lot. the rest of the property was very good, as I have seen in the past."

"Beautiful clean room and decor. The only problem were the kids who were there for a hockey tournament. They were playing hockey on the fourth floor, knocking on doors and trying to open doors. I thought that they were totally disrespectful . The parents were nowhere to be seen. I did call front desk to tell them of the issue, but no one picked up the phone."
