"The wifi service did not work the entire time I was there. After asking several times about the issue, across 3 days and 4 staff members, each gave different answers. Ranging from it must be jammed up with many people using it to "I don't know, sorry", to I'll ask the manager, to we'll reboot it. One staff member said they had great connectivity. I pointed out that was the "staff wifi", not the guest wifi. Which connects for maybe 1-2 minutes then drops. And I tried at all times of the day. If the Inn is going to advertise wifi then it should work! It was part of my decision in booking this accommodation. One of the amenities I was needing to use, as do other guests. I sensed this might be an ongoing issue. I ended up having to buy data. Sad really because the accommodation itself is decent."

"Very friendly helpful staff , had an issue with my initial room and the staff changed it no problem , breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, bar prices were very reasonable as well. "

"It was my first visit and I enjoyed it very much. I went for a lovely walk around the hotel, the grounds are really nice. Staff were also very friendly. I used the sauna and steam room, both were really nice. The pool floor needed a clean, I know it’s busy, but it really did need it. I will definitely go again to this hotel. Breakfast was really good also."
