"AB at the front desk was fantastic. He was very friendly, welcoming, and gave me some great suggestions during my stay. We also had a very nice conversation, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is in a good location, and considering the price, it is definitely worth it. I would happily stay here again."

"We took a train from Montreux to Geneva and were pleased to find a free hotel shuttle bus waiting for us at the airport. Our room was small but sparkling clean, with a very nice bathroom. There was no refrigerator, but as we were only staying the night, that was not an issue for us. It was airconditioned, and there were 4 elevators. The front desk people spoke English and were very helpful in helping us find our way downtown. They also suggested some nice activities for us, and we did enjoy a lovely boat ride on Lake Geneva. We took advantage of the free bus line service. There are a few nearby hotels, and a small mall, which housed 5-6 restaurants. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at one of them. We had an early flight the next day, and used the hotel provided free shuttle, which was right on time. We left before breakfast hours, so I cannot comment on that feature, but I do know that they do offer breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again."

"Excellent apartment hotel with full kitchen. The location it’s next to the train. The staff members are amazing and have many things to eat at the bar. I would definitely stay here next time I visit Interlaken"

"Hard to get to since it is tucked in within buildings and you cannot see the hotel walking down the streets. Also room is tight and little space and hardly any room between the end of the bed and the wall to walk to the other side of the bed."

"The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more."
