「Not certain our room was cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Sheets were clean, but toilet had rings in it, the shampoo dispenser was broken from the shower wall and laying on the floor, there was no soap in the shower, no coffee stocked, the cream and sugar packet that was provided was already open. We arrived very late and were exhausted, so just dealt with it. Bed was comfortable though, so we were thankful for that. 」
