A few simple things could make this a 5 star review but without them have me inclined to leave 3 stars. One would be a new mattress, the current mattress is an old box spring that sags in the middle with a thin feather mat on top (that does nothing to help) and is just soooo uncomfortable. "My flight was delayed and I didn’t get to the property until 11 PM. I was tired and couldn’t figure out the door (which was easy to open). I called my contact for the property (Sherry) and she was so nice and helpful. The condo is located on the top floor of a two story office building so when you enter you walk up a couple of flights of stairs that lead directly into the living room. Could use a coin dispenser in the laundry room since coin operated, looking forward to getting here for the winter and ski season. "
