「I wasn't expecting much based on other reviews of this property, so was pleasantly surprised at the few things this hotel got right. The room was clean, which is a definite plus considering there was no daily housekeeping. We were given a room on the first floor which I did not like. But the hotel was pretty empty when we got there, so I figured they were just putting everyone on the first floor. I was wrong. When the guests above us were in their room, we could hear every single footstep above...

「There was a problem with our first room ( someone had stolen the cable box). The maintenance person Tee was extremely helpful and got us a new room. Unfortunately the hot water in the shower wasn’t working but we only discovered that the next morning 」

「Apparently they don't use Expedia and I had to pay more than what was posted and reserved. Then he informs me that the only room he had the heat is broken. Offered to give me a heater...a small one at that.. accepted the offer went in the room....tv doesn't work and the water doesn't work either. And to top things off he required a deposit. I ended up requesting a refund and couldn't get another room elsewhere because the return wasn't immediate」

「Rooms were standard nothing overly special. Breakfast was good with variety, the staff working breakfast were excellent friendly and kept all well stocked. The pool area was not super. Smaller pool, cold and very wet slippery ground. I would stay again. 」
