"We checked in and then left and went to another hotel. The property is mid-range in cleanliness and overall comfort. The temperature was is the high 90's and one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was to spend time at the pool. When we arrived, the pool was dirty, had not been cleaned for several days. The front desk receptionist told us not to get in it due to health concerns. We hadn't unpacked, I asked for a refund which nobody there was able to confirm. We left anyway. "
