"Our family stay was great. We enjoyed the pool very much. My kids like the arcade room, and the theater. The casino is good. The food cort was good, it have different options to choose from and reasonable prices. The room itself was comfortable and the bed mattress was okay. The A/C was great keep us fresh. The only item I'll suggest to add is a microwave to the room. There were plenty towels, shampoo and conditioner at the restroom. At the pool there were also towels. Feel safe at all time."

"We had a nice stay. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of the Colorado River. They are remodeling the River View Restaurant and the breakfast was very good. We had dinner there which was good and was nice to sit by window with beatuifull view of the river. The windows in the whole place need to be cleaned. I like they have pool area for adults and another pool for kids. We stayed during the summer and it would of been nice if the pool bar was open. Over all I would stay again and we had a nice stay."

"Ise check In at 1:00 am y nos quedamos jugando asta las 4:45am más o menos y alas 9:35am estaban tocando la puerta . Que tenían que cambiar el filtro del aire ….. les dije ustedes tienen que ases los mantenimientos del cuarto antes de rentarlos …. Y luego no hay shampo y no body wash ."

"hotel and staff were good and accomodating but staying in the south tower with 6 elevators (2 were broken) for 26 floors was ridiculous....at certain times of the day the wait time to enter onto the elevator going up or down was up to 15-20 min! next time I will know to stay in the north tower...they had SEVERAL elevator options to use."

"It was great for the price. Stayed on 2 2nd floor where it was renovated supposedly. Not the best but it was fine. Everything worked . Staff was super nice. Close to the lake and bridge."
