「Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. 「Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. 「Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room. Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. 」
