「Rooms shown on website have view of Thames. Our room did not. We had to change room as the sink in bathroom was leaking. The hotel staff changed our room immediately but our room was next to a construction site which was quite noisy. The hotel staff was not able to upgrade us to a better room despite the leaking sink. Staff was accommodating as our luggage was lost, they lent us each a jacket. We were very thankful. Staff is very nice and made up for the noise and leaky sink but we would have...

「The reception area was bright and clean. The room was large, clean, and the kitchen had almost everything I needed, except a roll of paoer towel which I needed badly. Finding the hotel was very difficult, evdn though it was on a main street and very visible. Even four locals did not know. Why? Because the name of the building the hotel is that of an old church.
