"The room and hotel is amazing. The staff is so great to work with. We only stay here when we go to Vegas. Love the fact we don’t have to deal with the Casino but it has the same or much better quality than the big hotels in Vegas"

"Booked our room in November, when we arrived for our stay end of March the staff member stated we didn't have a room and were given a double bed room when we booked a King. When we went to check out a different staff member gave a different room number than we were in which tells me we did have a room but initial staff member didnt know what they were doing. Our room was never serviced during 3 day stay, and the only time we received anything was if we called and asked. Very disappointed in the room we had will look for a different place to stay when we visit again. "

"Excellent room for the money. Say what you want about Palace Station but after several hotel stays in the past couple months ive got to say the bed was by far the best ive had. Plenty of pillows with varying sizes and firmness levels. Sheets were extremely soft, usually i find the sheets to be a little scratchy. The food options especially for late night are some of the best around..... if you've got the patience i highly recommend the oyster bar!"
