「I would love to emphasise the helpfulness of the staff. My payment card kept being declined and not at anypoint they made me fell uncomfortable. We managed tonwork towards the solution. Hence I hive a top mark for my stay. Eventhough the room was on top of a busy pub, I didnt hear a word of the crowd downstairs. The room had a fan that helped a bit with the humid night but probably next time I will choose not the single room. Thank you for all your kindness」

「This is such an amazing inn to stay at! The room was cozy, staff were friendly, even offering a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival and free snacks in the room. Not to mention the location is fantastic in Notting Hill. If I am in London again, definitely would stay at this property again. 」

「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「Room was a revelation - a huge upgrade on a travelodge/Premier Inn room and 25% cheaper. Staff were great, room modern and clean and the bed very comfortable. TV was a decent size too. Overall tip-top!」

Top-notch hospitality from the entire staff. The neighborhood is also so lovely and central with lots of cute blocks to explore great restaurants and wine bars.
