「The air conditioning was good. The bed and bedding was good. The shower was not draining. The pool was not open. The walls outside of our room had dirty fingerprints. The walkways and railings were dirty and banged up. Staff was good, but it was extremely frustrating for us that the pool was not open. The pool was clearly cleaned. You need to get the part for the disabled lift as soon as possible. The only reason we selected your hotel was because you had a pool.」

「The room was clean however was unable to turn on the water to take a shower. It was 5:00 am so was useless to notify the front desk. There was no water for each occupant in the fridge which was supposed to be included. It would have been nice to be notified that there would be a $100 deposit required when checking in. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.」

「Extremely dirty!! bed mattress lumpy and descasting, shower moldy!!!! Health hazard!!! No shampoo/ conditioner in shower. Front desk very rude!! I was charged for parking please refund me!! Dangerous area/ was approached by angry individual when getting to elevator!! Please don’t do business with this property!! I felt very unsafe there but it was late to change places!!! I’m going to think twice about my bookings now.」
