Had it booked for 3 days. Stayed fist night because I was too tired to find something else. There was half cleaned up poop in the elevator, a spray of blood and other substances on the tv and walls. Asked for a refund for the following 2 nights, but never heard back.

Rooms were extremely dirty. Glitter everywhere. No fridge or micro as shown and advertised. No response on why. No plugs except at bath sink. Unfoldable ironing board left in room. Stained and dirty. Breakfast was far from room.

This was a broken down place with rude staff. Several doors had broken card swipe devices that didn't function or were just missing making it difficult to get around the hotel. Breakfast was minimal and terrible. Staff was rude and the woman at check-in was on her phone.

I am trying to get a refund on a reservation I had 73150470469242 Expedia. I inadvertently drove to wrong Wyndham and front desk person couldn't find address plus after lugging an ice chest and bag around facility, I finally found 218, on the end of another block! At that time the clerk said I needed the exercise, I just drove 12hrs straight through. I'm 72yo 5'8' 158.Since she couldn't find address, I just got a room there. So... a refund would be the least you could do

It said it was completely renovated. Well it was not. The room was clean,, but the toilet had awful scratch marks in it. A burnt mark on tube, 2 hangers in the closet. Npo ice machine was working. Only at lobby. It is summer time. The whole property was in bad shape. Trash was full in trash cans, continental breakfast was awful. I will never stay at this hotel again. Also, the woman at the front desk was not really friendly!!

I have stayed at many La Quinta inns and this by far has been the worst experience. There was yelling and fighting all hours of the night. The police came and intervened. Horrible experience and very unsafe having my daughter with me as well. The property itself was very sketchy and not La Quinta inn quality. My key card NEVER worked and we had to get a new one anytime we left and came back. I would stay clear away from this place. Not sure how to get my money back but I am definitely owed that. This is a motel and far from a hotel.

This is absolutely one of the worst places I’ve ever had to stay in my life. It honestly reminded me of a crack motel. There were homeless people outside of the doors, which is unsafe. The staff at the front was extremely rude and dishonest, and didn’t hold up to what they said. There were no towels in the room, and no shampoo, or conditioner to use. There are crumbs all over the bedspread. The breakfast was honestly a joke. I had to stay here out of necessity, because other rooms were taken due to tournaments and surrounding areas… But this was absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel, my entire life… Extremely disappointed in Expedia for having them listed and extremely disappointed in the hotel itself.

There’s nothing good to say about this hotel. The bathrooms were dirty, towels had someone else’s hair on it. Looked like blood and snot was smeared on the wall. Outlet to plug phone in didn’t work. Comforter and sheets had stains on them. We were there for maybe 30 minutes and checked out. $220 for 30 minutes. Staff said I wouldn’t get a refund because I had the room for 30 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ice machine broken, door by breakfast area broken, linens and towels stained. Room phone doesn't work. tv remote does not work. Asked for help with tv and waited over 2 hours with no response from maintenance and front desk worker just texts them to please come back with no updates to guest. We checked back at 1 hr and 2 hrs and finally said cancel help this was ridiculous. Poor standards for cleaning. Overall disappointing.

A man that worked there try to come in my room at midnight. When he made it back to the front desk and I called complaining scared he told me to shut up. The pool didn’t work and was green and stunk. They wouid only give me 2 towels a day but there were 3 in the room

We booked a king room that could sleep 3 people with the third looking to be on a couch. There is no room that exists on the property in that configuration according to the desk staff. We we're moved to another double bed room with two beds. The room was grimey, the AC barely worked and overall the room was uncomfortable. The parking lot, particularly around the entrance, is very damaged, almost to the point it makes the place look abandoned. You have to dodge several large potholes when navigating into the lot. Overall I would not recommend this hole to anyone, ever. It's very poorly maintained and generally gross. They're booking $50 dollar a night rooms for $200.

Underwhelming to say the least. The continental breakfast is basically non existent. They were out of everything and on top of that they were hoarding waffle mix in the back. They would only put 1 container out per day amd it was gone within an hour since they were out of everything else. They even ran out of coffee and the girl working the front desk didnt care one bit. She was more interested in taking selfies behind the counter and not answering the phone as it just rang and rang. The shower was dirty(we opted to not shower while there)ice machines were broke, no food, and no water in the pool. Quite possibly the worst experience at a hotel I’ve had. I would not recommend! If you can still cancel your reservation I recommend doing so and finding somewhere else to stay. I would never stay here again! 0 stars

Not as advertised! Rooms were very dirty, urine and blood stains on mattresses. Doors have been kicked in, toilet did not work, dog hair all over the floor, and dead bugs and qtips behind dresser. We checked out immediately after arrival.
