Rented four different rooms in different floors. All of them smelled like smoke, despite being non-smoking rooms. Asked for an extra blanket but was told that we couldn’t have it until the next morning… on a one night stay. Cockroach ran across our room when we turned on the light. Bathtub constantly dripped while shower curtain kept slipping open. Although I appreciate helping the destitute, the man sleeping across chairs in the dining room during breakfast was a little concerning. Breakfast was the highlight, although it was a typical continental processed buffet. The night attendant/kid (due to late check-in) was polite. I’ve stayed in worse, but wouldn’t book this one again.

The staff here was super nice and helpful. There is a small gym and breakfast is included. The rooms are very dated and the bathrooms were terrible. We had to switch rooms because the shower head was broken in our room and when we turned the shower on, water sprayed all over the bathroom. The shower curtain was also torn. There was peeling and bubbling paint and the door was peeling and wood was chipped all along the bottom. When asked to change rooms and the front desk immediately accommodated us but the 2nd room wasn’t much better with a bathroom with bubbling paint and chipped up wooden door.

The hotel was clean and easy to maneuver. I was a little thrown off having to pay for parking at the hotel, not knowing that ahead of time. The staff were extreme helpful and accommodating. SHOUT-OUT to Aisha for going above and beyond giving us amazing customer service!

Room was gross. Smelled like cigarettes and other smoke if you know what i mean. Great location. Great staff. The love seat in the room has some questionable stains. Bathroom faucet leaked the whole time. And again… the smell of smoke.. it only got worse on my last night. Worse than a casino in Las Vegas.

Honestly I wanted to say what was bad but it really wasn't that bad. The room was clean, the TV sucked and no option for streaming. Direct TV was terrible but that would be my real complaint. The Front Desk lady Aisha H. Was AWESOME!!! Every other staff person I spoke to after was cold and unfriendly. If that doesn't bother you or you don't need help from staff this place will work for you.
