「We always enjoy staying at the dunes. There is a lot of construction with the new spa to be opened later this yr. The inside is also blocked off from the hotel to the casino which is unfortunate.
Our room didn't have shampoo so we had to request it. The remote also had no back to it and the toilet seat is broken. None of this impacted pur stay but it definitely gave it a feeling of less care and attention given.」
「Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. But the rooms are very mid, the ladies that clean your room don’t even clean, all they do is empty the trash and hang new towels. They’ll make the bed but don’t replace the sheets or anything. Also I found someone else’s pubic hair in the bathtub the first night staying there. In short, if you want friendly people but 3/10 rooms and room service this is your place, otherwise just go somewhere else」
「The workers were good but just this one worker was really rude and discriminating to someone new trying to get a room and also kept making up rule after rule after rule when all the other workers were nice and conventional kind except for the one worker I didn't get his name but he made us not want to recommend this hotel anymore to people」
