「It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!」

「Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning in our room didn't work all night despite multiple complaints, and the hotel couldn't fix it, provide a fan, or move us to another room. My family, including young children, barely slept because the room was unbearably hot. Instead of offering a refund, the hotel only offered a discount on a future stay. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend staying here.」

「No air con on my room as it was broken! And they didn’t have another room for me. The room was ok, but very dark as I needed to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun and there was only one very old bedside table lamp. I stayed for 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. I seriously question the 4* rating here, although the pool area was lovely」

「There was a car park which was easy to use and felt safe. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was okay with our stay. Very good value for money and would highly recommend. 」

「Reasonable hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a bit small as half the room was restricted by the eaves of the building. Room was clean, bathroom ok but shower strength was a bit weak. Bar barely stocked as most beers on tap not available. Overall an average hotel stay」

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean.」

「Overall it was good enough for what I needed it for. The room itself wasn’t the best looking place. The lights in the toilet was really dim so it was a struggle to see. There were holes in the wall and huge chunks dug out the plasterboard. Plug for the tv was stretched across the wall to the nearest socket, if it got caught on someone walking by or moving luggage then that tv would defo come off the wall. Turn on the tap and the water would slide out the sink straight onto the floor and there...

「It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.」
