「I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly.」

「Comfortable bed, friendly greetings on arrival, clean kitchen area and lots to offer for breakfast. Fridge in the room which is quiet unlike some places! Hairdryer, kettle and provisions in the room, plenty of plugs, touch bedside lamps, big TV screen, mirror, table and chairs sitting area by the window. Separate Shower rooms compact but very clean.」

「Very disappointing stay. The air conditioning in our room didn't work all night despite multiple complaints, and the hotel couldn't fix it, provide a fan, or move us to another room. My family, including young children, barely slept because the room was unbearably hot. Instead of offering a refund, the hotel only offered a discount on a future stay. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend staying here.」

Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!」
