「I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out,...

「The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it.
