「Great location on Lillie Ave within walking distance to breakfast and lunch eateries. Great trendy shopping and fabulous bookstore all nearby. Be aware the hotel is near the freeway and rail tracks, as is all of Summerland, so it can be noisy if you leave the window open. 」

「No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」
