「Staff was attentive. The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet. 」

「This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding. Each of the employees that we came in contact with, be it the host, servers, valet, reception or cleaners, were exceptionally...

「My Room was clean everyday with fresh towels and sheets and the water was good and hot and everybody was nice....the only thing ive got to say is something was wrong with the hot waterntank and I didn't have hot water for whole.day but other then that good nice clean place and they kept the pool uip」

「Located in a great area close to downtown Asheville. The room was clean. The shuttle was an added service-huge thanks to the friendly driver, Lauren! All employees were informative and friendly. The maintenance worker even shared treats with our dog. Highly suggest staying here. Help Asheville out!」
