「New and very nice hotel. Friendly staff but greatly disappointed with the lousy breakfast. 」

「Room was clean and comfortable, that is always main concern. My hotel phone cord was broken though. Pool and hot tub were accessible but old. Breakfast had good options. My only big issue that we had was we were on first floor with kids and someone smoked outside our room at 10pm with our A/C running and filled up whole room with horrible cig smell. Not hotels fault but it really affected us trying to sleep.」

「The staff was kind and the breakfast was great. The room looked very clean but smelled very strongly of body odor and chlorine. The mini fridge also had a very bad smell. I had a hard time sleeping due to the strong smell but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.」

When we got there there was a family with 3-5 kids sitting outside the main entrance in camping chairs who were always out there (adults were still there past 11pm), almost as if they lived out of this hotel or the shady motel nearby. The elevator rugs were filthy like the other reviews mentioned, and they just bolted another dirty rug on top. The room itself was clean, ac worked well, but the tub had some weird staining on the floor, enough that I chose...

「Good breakfast」

「I check the reviews because I am looking for specific things. I want to know about bugs, cleanliness, and bed quality. We arrived and the first room we were in the sink was broke. The water was leaking. They gave us another room. I didn’t sleep well but got just under 5 hours. My friend did shower the right before and the water didn’t drain. I pushed the open and close stuff to see if the plug was used and nothing happened but I was not reaching into dirty water to see if I could pull the plug...

「The room was super clean and very comfortable. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool to wind down. I wish people that brought their dogs picked up after them. The grassy areas were covered in dog poop.」

「The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,...
