「The bar staff were inattentive and distracted while there was a bar full of people. The police had to be called because of an altercation on Saturday night. Overall nice hotel just needs more attentive staff」

「We were told we have housekeeping every other day with fresh towels and sheets. When they came, they left towels but did not make beds or do anything in the room itself Walls are so thin, we heard neighbors alarms all three mornings (both guests let their alarms go off for over an hour!). We could hear full conversations neighbors were having. Bed was comfortable and room clean.」

「I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.」
