"Well located, very comfortable bed. Hard to park- room keys did not work to open garage door and reception closes at 6pm and restaurant around 11pm so not possible to get help if one gets there late. Parking close by is expensive."

There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "From the moment we arrived at the Grand Hotel Toplice in Lake Bled, we were completely enchanted. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a welcome cocktail in the sitting room lobby — and let me tell you, sipping that drink while taking in the most breathtaking view I’ve ever seen felt like a dream. The service here is in a league of its own — truly the highest caliber I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay feel personal, warm, and effortless. Our room was absolutely perfect, and I have to give special mention to the water pressure (a small but very important detail for me!) — it was spot on. The location couldn’t be better — just steps from charming shops, delicious restaurants, and local events. But the crown jewel of our stay? The hotel’s private beach. With bar service, attentive personal butlers, and the best possible access to swim in Lake Bled, it was pure bliss. I have never recommended a hotel more highly in my life. Out of all of our global travels and experiences with Small Luxury Hotels, this one stands at the very top of my list. We will absolutely be returning — the Grand Hotel Toplice has officially become my favorite stay in the world."
