「Well suited for a over night stay.. decent price with breakfast for family of four」

「Great place」

「The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer」

「Perfekt」

「交通方便，一離開高速就到了。 停車位很多，有戶外及室內，很方便。 室內裝修新淨，但淋浴間嫌太小。 冇煲水設施。睡床寬敞舒適。」

「Big lake view room. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. Beautiful grounds. No complains.」

「Perfect location! The hotel is opposite the train station. In addition, the room is quite clean.」

「Tolles Hotel, tolle Lage, tolles Frühstück….wir kommen wieder!」

「Alles perfekt , danke」

「Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.」

「Not the best stay.」

「Loved it! This hotel is expensive, but I believe it offers great value. It’s luxurious without being pretentious, and I appreciate the fact that they do not charge you for every little thing, but rather include almost everything in the price. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online.」

「If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...
