Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean.

Super Hotel in Sonnenalpe Nassfeld. Lift direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (9 13). Das Familienzimmer war an der einen oder anderen Stelle in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sehr sauber. Kinderbetten eher ausgelegt für Kleinkinder. Hotel ansonsten sehr sauber und die Mahlzeiten waren sehr gut von Frühstück bis zum Abendessen immer tolle Qualität und abwechslungsreich. Da Familienhotel, eher etwas lauter insgesamt, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Ein sauberes und schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Mitarbeiter im Falkyland sind fantastisch!!! Leider ist der Pool zu kalt und auch im Spabereich dürfte es wärmer sein zum Relaxen. Das Essen ist ok, müsste besser abgeschmeckt werden.

Dejligt hotel - klar anbefaling

Et virkelig godt hotel - og fedt med muligheden for at være tre voksne og et barn i et familieværelse, som var dejligt stort. Fantastisk mad og gode mennesker - Godt poolområde og masser at lave i Nassfeld-området! Eneste anke er, at mange ryger på altanerne, og så generer røgen os, der gerne ville være fri.

Le pulizie lasciavano molto a desiderare in 1 settimana non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola E come pulizie lasciano a desiderare Il mangiare gira che rigira era sempre lo stesso se la sera facevano un piatto il mezzogiorno te lo proponevano condito in un'altra maniera ma era uguale. L'ultimo dell'anno è stato deludente pensare che ho soggiornato in altri alberghi Frankistainer ma a livello di cibo e di pulizie erano ottime

Lage top Hotel ein Flop

Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, dieses ist unterirdisch. Preis Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Diese Zimmer sind keine 2 Sterne wert. Zimmer sind klein, dunkel, abgewohnt, ungemütlich und das Bad ebenfalls mini und veraltet, mit einer Plastik Duschkabine, vergilbtem Toilettensitz und altrosa Fliesen. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem aber nicht zu dem Preis. Haben für die 3 Tage einen Upgrade auf ein Familienzimmer im neuen Anbau gemacht. Diese sind ok aber der Aufpreis Euro 276 ist zu viel. Der Poolbereich ist dunkel und das Wasser ist zu kalt. Das Essen war ok aber für den Preis und den Namen Falkensteiner hab ich mehr erwartet als nur ok. Hotel läst sich, zum hohen Zimmer Preis jedes Extra zusätzlich bezahlen, Garagenplatz Euro 15 pro Tag, Schrank für Ski Euro 5 pro Tag. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Meter von der Piste. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen da Preis Leistung in keinem Verhältnis stehen.

Wir waren mit dem Motorrad im Hochsommer da. Tiefgarage am Tag 4€ war ok, Super Strecken und Pässe vor der Haustür. AI super Essen gut. Einzelzimmer etwas klein. In der Ferienzeit viele Familien mit Kinder , schöne Pool u. Saunalandschaft

Ein perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Bergkulisse

Wir durften einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub, mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten verbringen. Schon beim Check-In wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Für die Kinder gibt es eine eigene Kinder-Rezeption, wo sie gleich Comichefte, Malsachen etc. erhalten. Das Essen ist einfach ausgezeichnet, es gibt viel Fisch u. Meeresfrüchte, und man isst leider ständig zu viel. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich u. zuvorkommend u. sehr kinderlieb.
