We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was very friendly and the hotel overall is beautiful. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The poolarea is a bit old and pretty noisy. We went to the saunas (which cost 25€ per person per day extra) and this area was way better so we stayed there most of the time.

Our stay here was very nice, the perfect view of the lake and castle especially with a lake view room. Definietly worth paying extra for one of those rooms. Very easy to walk down to the lake and into Bled. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was one of the lifts didn’t work, therefore everyone at the hotel relied on the one lift.

Loved the amazing view.

From outside it looks a little outdated from inside much is very good looking, not cosy more business oriented. Hugh pool area, but even as a Suite customer you need to pay for using a spa, that is nothing spectacular but ok. The view from the suite towards the lake was amazing a worth every dime. Spectacular location close to everything and a good bed with the nicest terrasse area.

Nice size rooms and comfortable bed. Remote didn't work and was never fixed (or replaced) despite asking front desk about it. One of the elevators didn't work so wait times to get up/down. Card to the spa only worked about half the time, but the staff was nice/helpful to replace each time. The spa area is nice, with pools and a jacuzzi. Lots of family/kids running around so for a solo traveler not the best atmosphere. In a great area, short walk to the lake and food options.

Really enjoyed access to aquatic centre on ground floor. Stunning view of Lake from balcony. Ordered room service the first night and it was sensational. Location is good for walking around the lake but slightly tricky if you need to return to the bus station with heavy luggage. Our experience with taxis in Bled was they were hard to find and unreliable. Was left stranded a couple of times and had to walk. Overall though, highly recommend.

Great views and location!

Room was excellent, very eco friendly and clean. View of Lake Bled from Room was amazing. Buffet breakfast and pool was overrun with kids, but all other aspects of hotel was fantastic. Location was perfect.

Lovely hotel in lake bled, welcoming receptionist, lovely room with a side lake view. Breakfast had the usual fare with continental meats, cereals with seeds, nuts and dried fruits. Hot food could have been better, lots of fried eggs on a plate which would have been better cooked fresh to order as per the very nice omelettes.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is one of the least attractive buildings on the lakefront from the outside, which is a shame, but inside it’s been done to a really high standard. Communal areas and rooms are lovely, and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. Location is great - it’s elevated a bit from the lake so there are great views. Breakfast is very good and staff are welcoming.
