Beautiful Inn, near slopes and restaurants. The staff could not be nicer or friendlier. We will be returning here next year. Love it here. Thank you Matt and staff were the best.

The Drift is a wonderful place to stay! We appreciate that it is close to everything, in the heart of Pagosa. We enjoyed the amenities of the common area, the bikes to take leisurely rides and sitting by the fire pit at night listening to the sounds of nature and the river. Awesome place to enjoy nature, to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

We like the comfortable room and the staff are so helpful (little things like switching out Med Roast for stronger brew or the great selection of organic tea, or making sure we had non-feather pillows). We like that it is not on the main street and parking onsite. It is above a restaurant but the low volume of noise was doable and the band on the last night was great! And restaurants, parade and fireworks are within walking distance.

We had never stayed in a geodesic dome before but wanted something other than a plain hotel room. The Pagosa River Domes were great for a first time.
The Domes are right off the river. We stayed in number 9 which was about in the middle of the line of them. We could see the river from the back deck and see all the different wildlife across the bank. We even saw an osprey return every morning and catch trout, it was great! We didn’t even need to get out of bed. You can just open the drapes and...

We came in late at night and were climbing Mt Sneffels at 5am the next morning. Our host Kim loaded up our mini fridge that night with yogurt, muffins, pastries, and eggs because she knew we wouldn't be there for the free breakfast. She really does care about service and goes well beyond what I've come to expect from your average hotel staff. The room had a was perfect and stocked with a kitchenette (fridge, cooktop, sink, utensils, pots/pans, etc.). The grounds were immaculate and my wife took...

The hotel we usually stay at in Ouray was fully booked so we decided to try the China Clipper based on the reviews we read. We’re so glad we did. Our room was amazing and Charles and Melissa were wonderful hosts. We will definitely be back.

This nicely renovated hotel on the main street in Ouray was the perfect place to stay. Nice views of the mountains, great location, and although the front desk is open limited hours--the people working there are very welcoming and very helpful. I will come back!
