"The location is close to alot of things. The staff were friendly enough. The breakfast was pretty good. The parking is hands down the worst part by far. You have to pay for parking each night and the parking area is the worst I've ever dealt with. Horrible!!!!!"

"This place was pretty good. Our room was very clean overall. The water pressure was great in the shower. A few cons were parking gets pretty packed in the evening and if you’re staying on first floor you can hear the footsteps from second floor room. The WiFi worked but our cell signal was faster. A/C, mini fridge, microwave all worked and clean. Other than that, restaurants were near by but you do have to drive or take public transportation to China town, pier 39, or fisherman’s wharf. "

"Our tv had a small issue we called and within 2 min we had someone in the room and fixed! Polite and friendly at the desk! "
