「Great location! Munibus picks up right outside on Lombard st. Short walk to bay, grocery store and restaurants. 20 minutes roughly by bus to the wharf. Property and room was clean. No complaints.」

「Great location and amenities. The breakfast was also quite good. Only addition I would recommend is to include a hot drink option for kids like hot chocolate or warm milk. Bathroom extraction fan was also not working despite raising it with staff and that is the only thing that prevents me from giving it a 5 star rating.」

「Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.」

「Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!」
