「My room was clean and convenient to where I parked my car. They had numerous excellent parking spaces. My room was very comfortable and had every amenity I could ask for, such as a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was so helpful and so nice. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was excellent for my stay. The property also had an excellent restaurant. It made it convenient to walk over for dinner. This is the second time I've stayed there, and I would definitely stay there...

「Check-in was 3;00, but we arrived two hours early. Our room was ready, but we were charged $20 if we wanted it right then. We took it because there isn't anything else to do in Berlin. We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. Bathroom amenities were 3/4 of an ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper...
