「Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. 「Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. 「If you have kids, this is the best place to be in, in Lincoln. It's not too hard on pocket. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Extremely comfortable beds. Lots of activities for kids within the resort. 「The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). 「The room was clean. The bed was absolutely a brick just like the night before when staying at Indigo in North Conway. I guess because both are IHG they purchase same brick to sleep on across the board.」
